Andrew Armour founded Winthrop Realty Group in 2020 and oversees its principal and brokerage businesses. Prior to founding Winthrop, Andrew worked at PinPoint Commercial, Stream Realty Partners, and Caldwell Companies.

Blake Warren

VICE PRESIDENT

Blake Warren joined Winthrop Realty Group as a vice president of its brokerage and principal businesses in 2022. He has overseen the acquisition of more than $25 million of assets and has transacted more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate deals.

Sam Sammons

VICE PRESIDENT

Sam Sammons joined Winthrop Realty Group as an associate of its brokerage and principal businesses in 2022. Prior to joining Winthrop, Sam worked for Deloitte Tax, LP where he served as a senior associate in its private wealth division.

Michael Miori

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Michael Miori joined Winthrop Realty Group as an associate of its brokerage business in 2021. Prior to joining Winthrop, Michael worked in sales and education in the Houston area. He represents multiple tenants, landlords, and buyers of commercial real estate.

Bradley Buerger joined Winthrop Realty Group as a senior associate of its brokerage and principal businesses in 2024. Prior to joining Winthrop Realty Group, Bradley worked in real estate, finance, investment banking, and construction. He has closed more than $50 million of real estate transactions.
