Tod Harrison joined Winthrop Property Management in January 2026 and serves as Managing Partner. A seasoned commercial real estate professional, Tod brings more than 37 years of experience spanning property management, leasing, and strategic portfolio oversight. His career began in 1988 with Trammell Crow Company, where he established a strong foundation in property management and developed the operational discipline that continues to define his leadership approach.
Throughout his career, Tod has held key leadership roles with several nationally recognized real estate organizations. His experience includes serving as Associate Director of Property Management at Weingarten Realty, Vice President of Houston Industrial Property Management at Transwestern, and most recently, Managing Principal for Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Houston office. In each role, he has been instrumental in elevating operational performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Tod’s market experience spans major regions across the United States, including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. His expertise covers a broad range of disciplines—leasing, property management, business development, strategic planning, acquisitions and dispositions, financial reporting, staff development, and building operations. He is known for his ability to identify and execute strategic investment opportunities that align with clients’ long-term objectives, consistently delivering value-driven solutions.
A Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Tod is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Houston Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of West Florida, an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent.
Tod is a member of Coldspring Methodist Church, and he serves as a Lay Person Volunteer with Kairos Prison Ministry International, where he and his Kairos team minister to incarcerated men at the O.L. Luther Unit in Navasota, Texas.
