Matt Soley specializes in commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services throughout the Houston market, with a focus on industrial and medical office properties. He works with local businesses, property owners, investors, tenants, law firms, institutional non-profits, and high-net-worth individuals on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term real estate strategy.
After his time at Texas Tech University and prior to joining Winthrop Realty Group, Matt worked in the corporate offices of Fortune 500 companies, giving him a practical understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and the decision-making process behind major real estate commitments. His approach is market-driven and deal-focused, with an emphasis on clear communication, thoughtful analysis, and helping clients move opportunities from evaluation to execution.
Matt formerly served on the Steer Auction Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and is a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church. He and his wife, Holly, live in Houston with their daughter, Lucy.
