Eric Coates joined Winthrop Realty Group as an analyst in 2024 and has since advanced to an associate within its brokerage business. Prior to joining Winthrop, Eric worked for an accounting firm, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and business operations. He focuses on the industrial sector of commercial real estate, assisting clients with their leasing and investment needs.
Eric is originally from South Africa and moved to the United States in 2022. He graduated from the University of Fort Hare with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. He also played semi-professional rugby in South Africa.
