Diane Corbo joined Winthrop Property Management in 2026 as a Property Management Assistant. In this role, she supports the management of a portfolio of office and industrial properties throughout the Houston metropolitan area. Her responsibilities include lease administration, coordinating work orders, tenant relations, rent collection, invoice processing, and assisting with reconciliations, budgets, and document tracking.
Diane brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial property management. Prior to joining Winthrop Property Management, she held positions with Holt Lunsford Commercial, Acron Real Estate Investments, Transwestern, Insignia/ESG.
While assisting with the management of assets for Affinius Capital, she contributed to achieving the BOMA 360 designations for two of the firm’s industrial properties, recognizing excellence in building management and operations.
