Crystal Dyson serves as Director, overseeing construction management, operational systems, and internal processes supporting the firm’s principal and brokerage businesses.
Since joining Winthrop, Crystal has played a key role in supporting the firm’s growing commercial real estate portfolio and operational platform, working closely with ownership to execute business plans and oversee building operations, tenant improvements and capital projects, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations across multiple assets and divisions.
