Blake Warren joined Winthrop Realty Group as a vice president of its brokerage and principal businesses in 2022. Previously, Blake worked in principal investment acquisitions for several private equity firms, commercial real estate brokerage for Stream Realty Partners and Caldwell Companies, and was a criminal defense attorney in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He has overseen the acquisition of more than $25 million of assets and has transacted more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate deals.
Blake has a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Arkansas and a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston. He played football in college and holds an inactive license to practice law in the State of Arkansas.
