Beau Adam joined Winthrop Realty Group in 2025 and works across the firm's finance, accounting, and principal investment operations. Prior to joining Winthrop, Beau spent over a decade in commercial finance, where he led underwriting and credit teams which underwrote more than $500 million in credit facilities spanning multiple asset classes, including commercial real estate. He also worked as a licensed financial advisor.
Beau graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Psychology. He is a member of Houston Northwest Church.
