Andrew Armour founded Winthrop Realty Group in 2020 and oversees its investment, brokerage, and management businesses. Prior to founding Winthrop, Andrew worked at PinPoint Commercial, Stream Realty Partners, and Caldwell Companies. He has developed more than $150 million of institutional real estate and transacted more than $150 million of deals for office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily clients.
Andrew has a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he graduated summa cum laude. He serves on the board of directors for the Cy-Fair Education Foundation, the Baptist Foundation, Cypress Recreational Youth Sports Philanthropy, and Union Baptist Association. He previously served as chair of the board of directors for Mission Centers of Houston and on the advisory board for Northeast Houston Disaster Recovery. Andrew is licensed to practice law and holds a real estate broker license in the State of Texas.
